The Implementation of the MBKM Curriculum in the Nursing Education Study Program at STIKes BudiLuhur Cimahi

This study aims to determine the implementation of the MBKM curriculum in the Nursing Education Study Program at STIKes Budi Luhur Cimahi. The objectives of this study are to prepare university graduates who have mature softs kills and hard skills that are relevant to the needs of the times, adding knowledge, especially for writers in terms of research, and to determine the level of competence of STIKes Budi Luhur Cimahi lecturers in MBKM learning. This research is a descriptive study involving all students who have participated in the MBKM program in the Ners Education Study Program of STIKes Budi Luhur Cimahi. The sample in this study was total sampling. The results of the study show that the implementation of the MBKM curriculum in the Ners Education Study Program of STIKes Budi Luhur Cimahi has shown positive result is Ners Study Program becomes more competitive, with the implementation of the MBKM curriculum, Ners Study Program becomes more competitive. The conclusion of this study is that most students already know the contents of the MBKM policy because of the availability of the MBKM guide. From MBKM activities in the Ners Education Study Program STIKes Budi Luhur Cimahi has been running and students have willingness to participate in MBKM activities The MBKM activities that have been owned are: internships in hospitals, village projects, student exchanges. These MBKM activities can provide additional competencies for students including: Technical skills, non-technical skills, soft skills, attitudes and character, insight and understanding.
