HUBUNGAN SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP KEMATANGAN KARIER MAHASISWA SEMESTER III PADA MATA KULIAH KODE ETIK PROFESI

Keyakinan seseorang untuk menuntaskan kegiatan yang sudah diambil mendukung kematangan karier. Keyakinan ini disebut self efficacy. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan keyakinan individu dalam mencapai keberhasilan (self efficacy) terhadap kematangan karier mahasiswa dalam memilih jurusan kuliah dalam mengikuti mata kuliah kode etik profesi di semester III. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester III Sekolah Tinggi Bahasa di Bandung. Sample penelitian berjumlah 64 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang kuat dan memiliki arah positif antara self efficacy dengan kematangan karier  mahasiswa semester III pada mata kuliah kode etik profesi.
